Revent's fermentation chambers or Proofer have the capacity to maintain production for up to 7 days through programmable control. They also have a controlled temperature and humidity level system so that the masses are fermented in the desired time and consistency to obtain optimal products. With Revent you will find fermentation chambers according to your production, with capacities from 1 to 6 tray carts.
