True TUC series refrigerators maintain temperatures between 0.5°C to 3.3°C and freezing equipment maintain temperatures down to -23°C, thus allowing frozen or refrigerated products or foods to be kept outside the dangerous temperature range due to to the proliferation of bacteria.
